There are a few positives staying in apartment . Firstly there's the unbelievable service charge for work that never seems to get done unless you make endless phone calls to the managing agents. Then there's your neighbours. Thoughtless jerks who play music until 3am or put their washing machine on at 6am. Which just so happens to be right above your bedroom. And least but not the last letters . The post just seems to end up everywhere. It comes in through the only mail box you have and sits there on the stairs all mixed up. How many times have you lost important bills or letters because they are buried somewhere under a tonne of pizza menus or stupid promotional flyers. So what's the solution? Well it is actually pretty simple. Individual mail boxes installed in the communal area that you all share. These mail boxes are separate and secure so each person living in your block can have their post delivered and stored separately. No more mess, clutter and missed co...

When I was little I had an obscure interest in the letters I got from my remote relatives. The postman used to visit our home to convey the letter and gifts on more than one occasion per week. The postman used to arrive with gifts, inland letters, money orders and beautiful greetings cards which were implied just for me. I was a pampered child thus I got a great deal of adoration and attention from the relatives and friends. The amount was so much that grandpa had to install one of the large letter boxes which topped itself off till the brim on the onset of Christmas season. Our letter box was hued white with a red flag on the top. I felt that the flag truly didn't have any practical utility, but later I came to realise that it had its own particular significance. For the general population who don't have the slightest idea about, the flag on your letter box may look little, however, is utilitarian in nature. These sorts of letter boxes filled in as a two-way transit ...

One such incident of my life is associated with letterbox. The time when I used to study in some distant place from my hometown and had to stay in the hostel rooms, I used to wait for several days and even months to get a letter from my mother. Each letter, those days used to carry her touch, feelings, and love to me when I open it. In the hostel, there was a letterbox that was something unique. Box with a mouth of a cartoon used to be seen on the main gate of my hostel. Like me, several students of the hostel used to wait for the same. I remember one fine day when I was about to start my school, I heard a cycle bell. It was the peon who used to carry letters for us. He inserted several letters onto the letterbox and I was about to check the box for my letter when the accident occurred. Other students of my hostel were also waiting ...
